Petra Lesjak

She started her career in 2003 as Credit Analyst at Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank (today Addiko Bank), one of the fastest growing Slovenian banks at the time. Using the acquired knowledge, she was employed as Independent Analyst at Publikum, where she was soon promoted to the position of Deputy Director of Analysis. At Publikum, she mostly focused on valuation of companies and later became Head of Individual Asset Management at the company.

She broadened her experience at Holding Slovenske Elektrarne, the biggest Slovenian organization in the field of electricity and the largest producer and trader of electricity, where she was employed as Head of Credit Risk Management.

In 2010, she took the position as Head of Asset Management and Capital Market Analysis at KD Banka, which was a part of investment company KD Group. After the sale of the bank, she remained in KD Group, where she took the responsibility as Assistant to the Director of Investment Sector at KD Groups asset management company. With the new position she also took the responsibility of managing assets of Adriatic Slovenica (today Generali) cover and pension funds.

She joined Adventura Investments in 2018 as a Head of Capital Investments, responsible for managing investments in groups companies. She held this position till the establishment of Advance Capital Partners. Since the finalization of Big Bang takeover, she had an important role in the development of the company and is also a member of the commission for financial analysis and plans in Big Bang and Big Partner, to which the wholesale and distribution business was allocated.

Petra Lesjak is also a member of the acquisitions and mergers committee in Big Bang and played one of the key roles in the acquisition of the Croatian retail group Sancta Domenica. For many years, she also participated in the advisory boards of all major Adventure Investments companies, i.e. Big Bang, Big Partner, Sancta Domenica, Margis, Anticus and Nomago.
