SLOVENIA'S LARGEST ENTERTAINMENT AND SPORTS PARK OPERATOR
The story of WOOP! dates back to 2017, when Samo Habič and Miran Razoršek joined forces to open the first trampoline park, which also became the new home of the Dunking Devils acrobatic group and was designed with the support of professional acrobats. Over the years, the company has successfully expanded both its offering and portfolio of attractions, continuously adapting to evolving customer preferences and the needs of different visitor segments. What started as a trampoline park has grown into a comprehensive experiential entertainment platform offering karting, bowling, escape rooms, laser tag, virtual experiences, climbing walls, mini golf, billiards, darts, and numerous other attractions.
Today, the company operates four entertainment and sports parks in Ljubljana and Maribor and opened its first park in Graz, Austria, at the end of 2025. WOOP! parks welcome more than 300,000 individual visitors each year, as well as over 500 corporate clients and more than 10,000 schoolchildren participating in sports days and end-of-year excursions, while the company also hosts more than 4,000 birthday parties annually. In September 2026, WOOP! unveiled a refreshed visual identity and, under the slogan LET LIFE BE FUN, continues its journey toward becoming the leading entertainment and experiences platform in the region.
The entertainment and leisure industry is among the fastest-growing sectors, with annual growth projected at approximately 13% in the coming years. The global family entertainment center market is estimated to be worth between EUR 25 billion and EUR 30 billion, driven by growing demand for active leisure experiences and the development of new forms of entertainment.
In October 2026, the private equity fund Advance Capital Partners SIS completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in WOOP!. With the support of its new majority shareholder, WOOP! aims to capitalize on opportunities in the European market and accelerate its international expansion. In the first phase, WOOP! plans to enter three to five new countries by opening its own entertainment and sports parks, with further growth supported by the development of a franchise network. By 2030, WOOP! aims to operate more than 10 own locations and generate over EUR 50 million in annual revenue.
