Advance Capital Partners acquires 50% stake in Adria Dental Group

Ljubljana, Zagreb, 30^th October 2026 – The Advance Capital Partners SIS (ACP SIS) private equity fund has completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Adria Dental Group (ADG), the largest dental services platform in Southeast Europe, following the fulfillment of the conditions precedent. With the completion of the transaction ACP SIS has joined Provectus Capital Partners as a co-owner of Adria Dental Group. The transaction also marks the beginning of the next phase of ADG’s strategic development, with a focus on further growth, consolidation of the still fragmented dental services market in Croatia, Slovenia and Italy, and strengthening the Group’s position as the leading regional provider.

The origins of today’s Adria Dental Group date back to 2021, when the consolidation of Croatia’s highly fragmented dental services market began through the integration of established dental clinics. Over the following five years, the Group completed 12 acquisitions, expanded its operations into Slovenia and Italy, and developed into the largest dental services platform in Southeast Europe. The expansion of its clinic network was accompanied by significant investments in employee development, advanced technology, infrastructure and continuous improvements in service quality. Another important milestone was the construction of a state of the art centralized dental laboratory. Today, Adria Dental Group operates a network of 12 dental clinics across 16 locations in Croatia, Slovenia and Italy.
